After a lengthy period of negotiations and
amendments, this DA was finally approved on 15th August. Residents
met on several occasions with owners to raise a number of
concerns. Council and residents were concerned about
streetscape issues in Pacific Street, resulting in a strong emphasis on
landscaping as well as adherence to the DCP recommended 1.8 metre fence height.
