In order to show the impact of the planned extension to Stead House, we took the plans and animated the impact on views from Pacific St. Apart from obscuring views of the heritage houses at 14 Pacific St and 12 Pacific St- the extension removes more than half the trees and dominates the streetscape breaching a range of local controls in the Watsons Bay DCP.
